I order often from here since I usually can't leave work for lunch. I have always had excellent service and the chocolate chip cookies are some of the best cookies around. (We had a blind taste test and proved it.) Anyway, I don't often order online, but I do use the online menu to compute prices for my coworkers. I have always had prompt service and great food and will continue to order from here in the future.

Prepare yourself for a mediocre experience... I don't recall ordering FROZEN crinkle cut fries and FROZEN Tyson chicken nuggets out of a bag... Maybe it was in some sort of fine print that went un-noticed by my near perfect vision... (Not likely). It wasn't listed as such. I looked. We also ordered two (2) jalapeno burgers that were unsatisfactory at best. The peppers were NOT chopped and mixed into the meat. They were IN FACT merely pre-sliced, jarred, limp, sad little things. (They were not delicious). We also ordered two (2) baked potatoes but were only supplied with one (1) butter and one (1) sour cream. Therefore MY potato went without accompaniments. I was not happy. At all. :(

I usually have nothing but good things to say about their food. But today's order was beyond bad. It was disrespectful. I will never be ordering from them again.
I had dental work the weekend before. This was the second time I tried to order mashed potatoes but with all of the loaded potato fixings.
The first day I ordered online and received a phone call. The lady was very rude and demanding. She wanted to know why I didn't order one way instead of ordering it the way that I did. I explained that I didn't see the mashed potatoes otherwise I would have ordered it that way. She made a few more demands and then I got my order situated. Got the food and it was good.
Second day, I tried to order the same thing. I found the mashed but it said garlic and I don't care for garlic. So I tried to order it exactly the way I did the day earlier.
No phone call, but the order I got was unsatisfactory. My potato was shoved into some tin foil and then beaten to a pulp. This wasn't very easy to eat.
I didn't think my order was out of line. I paid $15 (tip included) for a potato, small salad and two ice teas. If my order wasn't acceptable then they should change their policies.
I even added in my order that I was willing to pay extra for them to mash my potato.
I will never order from them again and plan on telling all of my friends and family exactly the kind of treatment they can expect.

The food tasted good, but the steak was dry. I also ordered online, for pickup. When I got there, they had sent it to be delivered, so I had to wait for them to recook my order.

would have got a GREAT! but the cookies we ordered were a little pricey for the size and did not taste fresh, maybe a few days old. However the entrees were hot and excellent!

Steak Ect always meets my expectations! I've ordered by phone many times and it's great. The food is hot and fresh and the service is friendly. The prices are a little on the higher end but, the food is worth the extra change.

Have eaten there for years, since they first opened. Steak tips and salads are the best. Plenty of food to fill me up and not overly expensive. Restaurant quality food without having to go out to the restaurant, very cool idea.

Shrimp has no flavor, only four ribs, salad could have been better, not much chicken! Shrimp feels like rubber!!

Took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get my food and then it was cold. They blamed it on a paper malfunction. This was my first time ordering from them. I will give them a 2nd chance, but 3 strikes you are out.

The food is EXCELLENT, it always arrives very hot! We've NEVER had a bad meal from Steak Etc. The delivery people always arrive with a smile and are always very polite! The people who take our order are always very nice! I don't have enough good things to say about this business. We are very pleased to have such delicious food delivered right to our door. I wouldn't order from any other place. You guys are GREAT! I highly recommend Steak Etc.

Food is great however it was delivered to an incorrect address. Food was received 45 min after requested time. This is the second time our food has been delivered to the COMPLETLY wrong address.

Food was good, just this is the 3rd time my order has been screwed up or incomplete. talked with the manager before and her attitude was so what do you want me to do about it. Bad customer service!!
